Claude, if the price continues to anticipate the BD, a "sell the news" could occur for a day or two after the announcement. It will take investment houses a day or two to study the report. The nimble could get in before the really big moves IMO. Also, I found it interesting that the company would make announcements at a time to best help the warrant holders, how nice of them.
