Nihil, I would be interested in your opinion of the impact of the second phase of Japanese deregulation that is scheduled for Jan 1, 1999. This also coincides with the beginning of the Eurocurrency. The disparity between interest rates in the rest of the world and Japan would argue for a mass efflux of Japanese pension funds into other countries in search of the highest rates of return with the lowest risk. What can be done to minimize the effect of the flow of funds. What would be the effect of such measures on the Japanese and other stock markets? Obviously, these events will affect DELL so the discussion is relevant to this thread. Regards, Jim Kelley
