Here are the url's for the two most popular weekly newspapers:
coinworld.com
enews.com

Both are very good sources of information and not expensive at all for a years subscription. I would recommend subscribing to one of them (I take coin world, but I have taken both in the past).

If you are new to coins and are think about buying you should learn before you buy, go to the library and get a few books (Bowers is a well respected author).

Don't buy coins with the expectation of making money and I would advise only to buy third party encapsulated coins (PGSC, NGC are the most respected).

Learn before you buy, just like with stocks.
