James, We already know that Japan is at a 12 year low and about to blow below 13,000 Nikkei. For me, the key is China. Shanghei was watching the dance on a two day Holiday and couldn't participate in a game of musical chairs. First test is to hold 1,200 SSE which has more than enough breathing room as of right now. A close below 1,200 will bring a test of 1,100 within 5 trading days, IMHO. We have had only two closing days below 1,100 so lets keep a close watch going forward. Good trading. JT
