Michael,

When I upgraded to windows98, my default browser became IE. In order to make Netscape the default browser I had to reinstall it. Whether or not your navigation problem is caused by this, I don't know; but it might be worth trying to solve it by reinstalling Netscape. This is just a guess on my part. Maybe someone else will see this and help. ER
