CNBC weekend business news had an internet analyst on tonight that was touting AOL and YHOO over the smaller and newer internet companies. He noted that AOL has just recently started aggressively going after new subscribers again and could easily add 3-4 million new subscribers over the next 6-12 months. He also noted that AOL is now in the position, with a large subscriber base, to sell deals with companies like Barnes & Noble that provided $40 million to AOL.

Future, especially the next 12 months, looks good to me.

As far as the 1 million share trade, it appears to have been easily absorbed, and accounts for the big drop last Thursday, the day after the trade.
