Brady, forgive that I also try to be humorous. I would hope you at least got a chuckle. But don't you also admit that Jon Tara's going to take everything you say and worsen it? I merely pointed out this glaring reality. Please don't take personal offense--there was none!

I also don't like what you've discovered. But there's nothing I or you can do about the past. If the only outstanding negative that is still pending is for 73K, that's not a whole lot of money for a businessman who deals in millions. But also remember that it's hard for me to comment since I've not accessed the report you refer to.

Civil trials can take up to three years. And even then there can be appeals after that which can lengthen these matters even longer.

I do know this, however. I've never had a lot of money behind my ideas. But I've probably got about 20 of 'em that could have netted me a million were I able to implement 'em. Would I have made mistakes if I had some venture capital, but maybe not enough, behind me to attempt to implement some of these ideas? Probably.

Putting new things together ain't easy. And there's no doubt that Pattison Hayton probably made some mistakes along the way. Who hasn't? What's important to me, right now, is that Zulu and ESVS and eCommerce Corp come together to do what we think these combined entities can do. In closing, it is the action of the present that is far more important.
