I've heard that the SCOP integration is going well (of course, it's not really an integration; the SEBL product is being expanded to include SCOP functionality). I've also heard that Tom has been dragged into a number of SCOP accounts to address many unsavory implementation issues. Apparently, SCOP customers have 'tarnished' SEBL's 100% customer satisfaction track-record. ;-)

SAP doesn't seem to be scaring anyone yet. Unlike i2's demand planning solutions, front-office apps just don't have the same ERP integration synergies. I'm not worried about SAP.

I still can't believe that it's taken SAP this long to deliver an SFA product. Relative to the time its taking SEBL to assimilate SCOP, SAP is barely moving.

Anyone attending the Siebel conference this year?
