That was a good post, and I would recommend aspiring TA system traders pay more attention to money management. IMHO, Bill seeks too much certainty in specific trades precisely because he is not comfortable with cutting losses. Yet with long options it is possible to buy contract that if expires worthless is about right as a projected loss, so that that part of money management is taken care of automatically. The other part (when to take profits) is more tricky.
