I am getting a little concerned with the consumer confidence issue. The front page cover story here in the Houston Chronicle today was: "Houston begins to feel pinch of economic slowdown" Weak oil prices are causing jitters throughout business community. You can buy gasoline here for well under .90cents a gallon. One car dealer was quoted as saying that his sales were down 30-40% from last year. This still leaves PM in a position of providing a service that clients need, regardless of the economy. While I was away last week(just got back last night) you fellows did a wonderful job on Thursday. That spike in volume was a very positive indicator. The countdown to earnings is moving in the right direction.
