Chuck,
I would not pay any more than 2-1/2 the way the mood of the market is. If you have patience you should be able to get it for that price.
Stock has been depressed due to many factors, have not checked EPS estimates lately. With the NASDAQ getting beat up this one should not go too much lower since it has been at this level for some time. Not too much downside....but it may be awhile before it turns around., I've been holding now over a year.
