"You see Research Frontiers has already announced that they intend
to buy back stock in the open market and retire the shares.
"

Hmm, a company with $3.6 million in cash ($8.1 million including marketable securities) and little in the way of revenues is going to buy back shares and retire them. Hmm, why did they file an S-3 to register new shares. This premise makes no sense.

"With this agreement they can now easily pick up $15million dollars worth of shorted stock and sell it back to Ailorous for a profit."

Will they specify to their broker to only buy shorted shares? LOL. I don't know why with these speculative little companies some folks think there will be no willing sellers of long shares.

Speaking of willing sellers, this Robert Saxe fellow, he wouldn't be the one who's been selling his REFR stock lately, would he?

I do hope you have some other stocks in your portfolio.
