Joe, < Number one is that with the acquisition of LOCUS, DCI will take on the image of a prepaid phone card company and not a telecommunications company.> Joe this statement that "his advisors are stating that the addition of Locus will change the image of DCI" sounds like he is being advised not to go through with this deal. Especially the next sentence that states "If he still persists with the acquisition change the contract to an all cash deal" This reads to me like he is being advised not to go forward but if you MUST go all cash. Am I reading to much into those two sentences?
