VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 20/PR Newswire/--Sinaloa Gold Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: SLOG) today announced that they have engaged the services of IBK Capital Corp. of Toronto, Ontario, Canada to assist the company in securing financing. The proceeds raised from this financing will be used to develop specific mining assets in the company's portfolio and for general working capital.
IBK Capital Corp. is an independent, privately owned investment banking firm which specializes in providing financing and advisory services to select mining companies. Since the firm's inception in February 1989, IBK Capital Corp. has played a role in transactions with a combined value of approximately $732 million.
