Do you know any of the company's current vitals?
i.e restricted shares, outsanding shares, sahares in the float.

And what's the deal with Mezzanine capital..
they have a 3% interest in PGST...they are a Bermuda "Holding Company."
Sound like an odd relationship if you ask me...
who are they?
Are there any BIOS on the mgmt of Pagestar as well?

I have looked at pagestar.com
