Missed too many classics :-(,,,Read history since I was 6. So it fascinates me as a few hundred of us sit at these quiet computer screens agreeing to "God help us all." No question about it! But I see no troop trains, no cavalry in the streets, no food hoarding. My neighbors don't even know what's going on. Is this how it all ends in the 21st century?? OK, probably not. But it'll still be a rough ride for the next few weeks. FYI Milton Friedman adamantly disagrees with the popular deflation scenario, citing the almost unlimited capability at this time for expansion of the supply of dollars by the FED.
