What do you know about the Intel's 0.18um PII? Even your process expert doesn't know squat on Intel 0.25um PII. I know that the poly CD on Intel 0.25um PII AIN'T 0.22um +/- 0.02um like Yousef said. Intel CD control is much tighter than he has guessed. He is full of it. Your knowledge on the speed spread (binning down to lower speed like you suggested) also shows that you don't understand anything on semiconductor process. BTW, the cooled 0.25um PII was running at -50C. I am disappointed that it wasn't a 0.18um PII.
