Margins! Please tell us again about the 'Things' margins? Oh you forgot what you never want to talk about. Profits! Or, even more in your camp. Profit potential! James, I sure you are aware but the thing has the lowest gross margins of any major book seller. There are no profits nor projected profits now. I am becoming more confused. Glenn
