China Reiterates No Yuan Devaluation LONDON, Oct. 05 (Standard & Poor's MMS) - Asia China: PBOC Dai Xianglong reiterated over the weekend that China has no plan to devalue the Yuan, but told officials in Washington that their steady foreign exchange policy had cost China a great deal. Not surprisingly he criticized the U.S. for not doing more to stabilize the financial system.
