Tell that to Michael Dell. He is claiming the PC demand would be something like 1 bil units by 2000. Of course it is something like 16-18% of the world's population. If you just have to count the households, it could be 60-70% of the households. Assuming, all households account for 2 PCs (one at work and one at home) he is probably assuming 10% penetration of PC's for households in Ethiopia. No friggin' way! -g-
