From what I understand of the situation, they are all having trouble with financing because people aren't putting their money into asset backed securities. This means there is no new money for these companies to buy mortgages.

As mortgage money dries up some of these companies may be able to get higher and higher rates at the expense of John Q Public and may flourish, others will disappear.

Not saying to stay away, just be careful out there.

Watching PCTH, maybe under 2 for a bounce
