1. How do you know he was paid $20K? Did the lawyer announce this fact? Did Mann (who, as far as I know, wasn't present)? I very much doubt it.

2. I wonder if Mike's paid his lawyers anything yet. I'm afraid this nonsense is gonna end up costing the shareholders a bundle. Oh well, they can always do another private placement.
