I think what he means...not what he said, is that eventually they will have the ability to send only summary data to cf for distribution to consumers directly or via bank web sites, while they'll retain the detail. As it stands it seems that they give verything to CF who responds opn their behalf when a cunsumer who got the summary on the bank's web sit asks for detail.
