Like N/S Microwave liked my own summaries. I let them review facts and draw their own conclusions. Obviously, GRDN earnings are up, and unexpectedly favorable legislation is another plus, but the stock price is down from the hyped price-fixing scheme cooked up by Landmark Intl Equities, La Jolla, Capital, et al. pages.prodigy.com files drug.txt, rail.txt contain some of my summaries of Oliver North, Guardian, and it's solicitors (mobsters). freeyellow.com
