Henry - good point - I don't suppose it will quite offset decrease in tax revenues however - all the arguments going on now re this issue in congress may seem strangely irrelevant a year or two from now - as will the interminable impeachment hearings IMHO - one can just feel America's weakened influence in the world each day - particularly with a more muscular Europe. America finding it more and more difficult to lead by example - there was an interesting article by Donald Coxe in Sat.'s Toronto Globe and Mail about the loss of credibility over the LTCM bailout - America has been very fond of accusing others of 'cronyism' E
