Questions on shareholder rights - 1) aren't the rights held only by shareholders of record on August 97? and 2) aren't the rights applicable to "hostile" acquisitions - i.e. the shareholders or (even the board?) can revoke the rights? In other words, there are probably only a few rights out there and if those rights are too costly, we're screwed? Thanks for any clarification. Doug
