Copper Hill Corporation - Copper Pond Property
Acquisition From John A. Hansuld

ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND--

COMPANY EXPANDS COPPER POND PROPERTY

Copper Hill Corporation ("CUHL") announces that it has signed an
option to purchase a block of 11 mineral claims contiguous with
it's Copper Pond property. The new property was held by its
original owner, Dr. John A. Hansuld who had previously conducted
his own preliminary exploration on the property. In its September
21st, 1998 press release, the Corporation reported that the
Copper Pond property hosts a 1.5 km massive sulphide zone. The
Hansuld property contains an on-strike extension of this massive
sulphide zone. Terms of the purchase which are subject to final
regulatory approval consist of payment of 100,000 common shares of
CUHL and the granting of a further 100,000 common shares of CUHL
upon the commencement of any commercial production from the
subject property.
