Greg, I had low 50's on LU as an entry point and posted sometime ago on another thread. The severity of the drop today (in LU and CSCO, NT is already crushed) is not just due to the CSCO downgrade, it is fueled by the FTC's investigation into meetings CSCO, LU, NT had to dominate their markets, potential for unfair play. Of course the selloff in the market in which the leaders are capitulating helps things out also.
