From CNN.com: "Meanwhile, selling was even heavier among major technology issues led by a 6-1/32-point, or 10.8-percent drop in Cisco Systems [CSCO] to 49-23/32 after the company said it will take a charge of 2 to 4 cents a share as a result of its purchase of American Internet Corp."
