Steve,
I pulled #83 forward for reference. I noted that the outlook would be improved if the NIAR managment could acquire more properties. Recent news from the company confirms this is happening at a faster rate than I had hoped for. The new Orlando project holds promise for a huge winner. Orlando is still the number one vacation destination in the world.
North American will have a new IR firm next week and we should see some benefit from that right away.
The price at this level is very attractive and tax selling will be over soon.
So, new IR, tax selling over, low price, good outlook, new projects, lets see where we go from here

Steve,
I positioned too early along with lots of others. This low price could continue till the new year. I look for price improvment after the selling pressure dries up. I am not going to wait for a lower price because when the price turns it could be explosive. My guess for a target and its a guess is $1.12 by June with the current projects.
The new managment in NIAR is pretty agressive and they bought their stock at prices higher than this. Its nice to be in lower than the insiders. The outlook for NIAR in my opinion is more positive if the managment can acquire more properties. The market for timeshares is expanding as the average age of the population increases and the boomers have time and money to spend. I just returned from the Dutch West Indies and observed that the timeshare sellers on the islands are from Florida. No pressure, laid back, island attitude and lots of interest from American Tourists.
