Hi! I think they took the insider selling by the CEO as a sell signal. This happened in Nov with the biggest bull market in history and the stock tanked after that. Last week someone on the thread said another insider was selling 57,000 shares. Would you sell if you thought the stock was going up and everything was rosie. They have to continue to state they will have record earnings or admit they goofed, how often does that happen? My guess is the last week sales were very week, they are going to have big markdowns in apparel, new business lower margins. Apparel sales are deceiving in this business, higher ticket items make sales grow, lower gross and with more markdowns make profits weaker. The institutions have experts in every field they invest in, who understand these signals. We had many of these discussed on the thread however many of us think of ourselves as long term investors and don't react until we are buried. I think this stock is headed further south, my guess around $8.00 before she hits bottom. Looking at the volume everyone is getting out with the buyers thinking they have a bargain, however it just keeps on rolling down hill. regards
