USRF to Acquire Denver-Area ISP;
Truly Wireless 'Wireless' Internet for Denver
BATON ROUGE, La., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Media Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:
USRF - news) announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire a Denver,
CO-area Internet Service Provider (ISP). The acquisition is to be made for stock, with a definitive
agreement expected to be signed within two weeks.
