Seems that once again, the forces of gov't are worse than a waste of time. They're a hindrance to the markets. All Greenspan has to say is, "ok, I think the U.S is now in need of 1/2 pt reduction". With the economy at "it's most perfect state" as he was saying a few days ago, it will be at a pathetic low before we know it. Asia's problems are now our problems and the gov't hasn't done sh*t to stop it. Instead, they spend their time worrying about inflation.
