Well.. It looks like a couple of things are negatively impacting SEBL today... Cowen's rating change on CISCO due to expected downsizing of 1999 corporate IT budgets, and Call center management software provider Davox Corp's earnings warnings. What does the thread think? Siebel has been awfully quiet so far. Are we in for a positive surprise that could make this another excellent buying opportunity or are we doomed?!? Thoughts, opinions, ideas,... this thread has been very quiet lately!
