I just received this from Veritas Research. I know a bunch of people follow this issue. TITAN MOTORCYCLE OF AMERICA IS FULLY REPORTING. Frand Keery, president and ceo of Titan Motorcycle today announced that the companys form 10-SB registration statement has cleared Securities and Exchange comments and that titan is a fully reporting company under section 12(G) of the Securities and Exchange act of 1934. The company will now be filing quartly and annual reports with the SEC. The companys filing and current information are available from the sec and on the internet by searching titan Motorcycle co on www.scc.gov/cgi-bin/srch-edgar. The 12(G) reporting status of the company clears the way for Titan's common stock to be quoted on the Nasdaq Small Cap market, which the compahy anticipates during the forth quarter.
