Why would you think EUTO will reduce the float by 50%. They would have to get back all 50 million shares to do that and then retire them. I think that is highly unlikely.

First, so far EUTO has only announced the negotiations with 2 of the 4 companies for 20 million. There is no information that they have made any progress with the other two.

Second, if the resolution is that shares are bought on the open market, and then returned to EUTO, there has been no mention at all from the company that they plan on retiring those shares once they get them.

If the resolution involves the payment of some cash, in lieu of shares, then again, EUTO has not said that their intention is to buy shares on the open market with the cash and retire those shares.

I think it is a big leap at this point, until EUTO makes some announcements, to think the float will be reduced by 50% any time soon.

Just my opinion.
