high tech wasn't there in 32,38 or 74..
but in 83..it didn't stop
IS budgets increased in 91, 92, 93, 94..

That's what I'm trying to say..people don't have to stop ordering servers for the street to tank high tech. there isn't a correlation.
people are trying to say..we stop ordering servers so tank tech.
the opposite is what history shows. server orders increased and tech still tanked..
I'v asked for evidence and I know the numbers so there is no correlation.
the street will tank tech when profits slow..that's all they need.
but, more servers will be ordered not less.
1997 market tanks but server orders go up.
