Who would want to own this stock when insiders short the stock of the very company they work for? And please, no one tell me he was hedging his options or whatever, in the end it all adds up to the same thing--he shorted the stock.

Seems Nortel and Bay both have ethics rules, and one of them involves this sort of strategy. Any infraction could lead to dismissal.
