Wow, this is tempting. If I wasn't so gunshy I would automatically hop on this one. After bailing last April, should I return? hmmmm... About the writeoffs ---- 1. ORCA. This $2.0 million write off is old Technology Group crap. About time to clean the slate. But there were $4.2 million of loans to ORCS in April 7 Q3 press release. What about the other $2.2 million??? 2. Goodwill of ESC however? This was a March, 98 acquisition. Why are they now writing off all the goodwill. Is this all of it? This press release is lacking. They say what they are doing, but not why and avoid detailing how much is left. The backlog sounds good however and the sales promises are nice to see. Anyone in contact and posting anything further would be appreciated.
