Good Call MM (I presume that's for the Mighty Mizzou). As a new entry to this sport ,I bought into PSInet aweek ago after an upgrade by a major brokerage house at a lot higher price. (won't do that again)
In the long run PSInet appears well positioned and growing. In the short term it seems overlooked.
