The bond holders will likely own the company outright. This is the risk of being a common shareholder of a highly indebted company.

I am amazed at the stock price being 40cents. Perhaps the street believes something political within the company will affect the debt negotiations and leave some value on the table for common shareholders. It is too early to tell.

No doubt you will hear rumors in the weeks ahead of an acquisition of BOST while renegotiating its debt. You must assume that an acquirer will want BOST with much less debt on its balance sheet. You must assmue that debt holders will want to see every penny owed to them before giving common shareholders any value.

" I just get concerned when I see people who claim to have looked at the numbers and assert that BOST will survive."
