But my question is, what are they basing a 'buy' recommendation on ? It just seems i see TONS of postings from people basing what a great BUY is solely on 'gee - the 52 week high for XYZ is $38.00, and today it's $11.00 - THIS is a GREAT BUY'. I DD'd a company that was rated an 'accumulate' and they had something like 16 mill in assetts, and almost 200 mill in DEBT........ so go figure. (and nothing has changed with this company). And i don't know if the 'technical analysts' are a whole lot better.
