Wallstreeter,

You can say two beomes one all you want to. However, that is absolutely NO guarantee that two individuals will grow at the same rate and in the same way. Without that guarantee you lose your individuality. Marriage is more than morphing into the same person(which is an impossibility anyway). Each partner brings the qulaities into a marriage that made you fal in love woth them in the first place. This insistence that all thinf=gs remain the same and grow the same is an extremely unlikely event.

Secondly, <<sorry mark you obviously are following a different set of rules than i or any christian man does.>> what is that supposed to mean? You have already doubted the customs and rules of the Muslim religion, are others not allowed to do the same towards Chrisitisnty?

I am not really a believer in organized religion, however Unitarian Universalism comes the closest to what I believe. I do however, consider myself to be very spiritual. I just personally feel that most of what I see from organized religion is self serving and void of any aspect of sprituality.

that doesnt mean that I dont have respect for the teachings of many relgions, but I think they have gotten away from the true meaning and gravitated towards perpetuating the customs over hte spirituality.

Mark
