they try to transfer 4 million shares at ta day before injunction hearing. the stock is no good and the ta is forced to resign . Oh please, please please let us try to keep our little facts straight in our tiny minds! Okay? Listen carefully: the hearing to which you refer took place on Wednesday, 30 September. The current TA, who'd had it up to his gullet, officially resigned on Friday, 25 September. Sorry to bring facts to bear here. Annoying, I know.
