Hi Space Cadet.
I find only a few expensive stocks left including msft, csco, dell, yhoo, amzn.... Conversely, I find a ton of value in many stocks including nt, tlab, unph, vtss, lltc, intc, txn, vtss, sunw, catp,....
PEG? MSFT's PEG value was more than 2.0 a few months ago but that didn't stop many from buying and pushing it to ~120. It continues to be over 1.0 unless it falls to less than $40. Is that the price at which value-oriented investors such as yourself will return to the stock?
Fundamentals don't seem to matter in the short-term since extremely poor market psychology and declining stock prices are forcing investors and clueless analysts to over-react. It is that simple.
