ahhaha, I respect your analysis, but must respectfully disagree with you concerning the direction of interest rates. If your premise is that full employment will result in wage inflation causing prices to rise, why was the unemployment rate so high in the 80s at the time we had the 20+% prime rate? I am looking forward to a 30 year fixed rate mortgage with a rate less than 5%. Barb
