Mike, I just went to CHARTS and plotted SUNW, INTC and AMAT together for 80 weeks (since June 16.1995). To my surprise SUNW has gained as many percent since then as INTC. That is of interest to long term investors only. Since SUNWs gains came early, they may stick better than the gains of INTC. So it may be that nothing is wrong with Sun, the stock is just resting because it exhausted itself earlier. Gottfried
