What is your point?? The post you are talking about goes back to JULY of 98. It contains no hype, includes facts, logic and ARET did move much higher that week as I projected. Many things have happened since then as reflected in the current stock price. Lets discuss the current condition of ARET? I never did receive a phone call back from ARET today and I doubt that I will. Since they return many of your phone calls why dont you ask them about the number of loan applications received, how many have been approved, how many houses are under construction, what the current work schedules are, and why they are not buying shares back at these prices. It would make sense that if the ARET stock price was not going lower, ARET would be buying shares back now. Are you afraid of what the results will be?? Best Regards
