<<Actually, I had a pretty good day>> For as crappy as the early part of the day was, I still was able to do OK. It is very hard right now to hold long, so I am trying to build the confidence to trade on the short side on days when there is a clear signal (i.e. futures) that it may be a bad day. NOBE (from Thomas Sterner's list) was steady during the day, and I decided to take a position at the end of the day, partly with the hope that we may see a couple of decent days. David
