Sir, Vince. CHILE PROJECT MDIN DEAL /V-S/ CKD TRY.....
*From the read on the deal it was just for 2 projects. The contract around
Feb25, 1997 was with Jaun Jose Quijano Fernandez Santiago Chile. With CKD
2 projects with 2 or more properties.. CKD had 180 days to evaluate deposits
at a cost of a (all in U.S. $) 20k, for a porjected total of 40k.
Company can earn 85% rights equivalent of 2.5 million. Rights of 85% in mining
claims LONCOMILLA 1-30 Cajon de SanPedro Community of QuilIota with a
payment of 2.5 million,,, payment is 20% cash 20% one year later, 20% 2yr.
later, balance of 40% out of profits payments from the project. one open
change is to pay $200,000 a year to be deducted from the purchase price
for up to 2 times or up to 2 years if the project is to be halted for any
time.
**Now my question.........Is the deal on MDIN's Project with Mr. Fernandez
direct or is there a middle man type with all the projects tied up and
there dealing with more than one firm in the deal.?. Like is the deal with
FIRE and it could be found to be productive yet stalled and droped for
the 2 years with a payment from FIRE, for 2 years and some other company.
This would be IMO, a very good reason to have a
board seat to make shure the infomation gets to the brain trust out here.
***The above is just a guess and who knows the facts as the company will not
answer a simple E-Mail letter for 4 days now going on 5. Yet it's possible
and it may be a good guess.
